How and when we will notify you
We will notify affected individuals, and where required the relevant state authorities, in accordance with the data breach notification laws of the United States that apply to you. We will provide this notice without unreasonable delay after confirming a breach affecting personal information, subject to the content and timing requirements of the applicable laws. If you are a California resident, additional rights may apply under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act.
